This culinary is originally come from Berastagi/ Karo land which is 70 KM from Medan City even far away. But you can grab it within Medan city cook by a guy called Asan in Medan...We called it " Fried Saksang" ( Fried Pork) by chinese man . It is served with plain rice ,Tempe Condiment (Tempe is cuisine made from Soybean),Green chili ,Ketchup and a bowl of Soup. Definitely different taste of fried pork culinary you must try. Simple but rich in taste.
Asan Saksang can be found in Jalan Asia Medan or Semarang Food center , Semarang food center open from 6:00 PM
