Putu Bamboo is traditional snacking made with piece of bamboo stick and the main ingredients is grater coconut and brown sugar. The grater coconut will cover the brown sugar and then put into a Steamer . it feel soft and brown sugary when entring into mouth , definitely a unique taste of snack you must try.
Despite the Grater coconut, they also sell " Mayung" , Mayung is likely a sweet bihun, but not sweey enough if no sugar is added. it is served with sugar.
